This 1963 Corvette coupe (chassis 30837S108761) is said to be a genuine 360hp fuel injected car that was originally silver with black interior. It is now offered missing its Rochester intake system but with an interior full of trim parts and a claimed un-hit body. Find it here on Craigslist in Portage, Indiana for $59k.
The interior features black bucket seats and proper ’63 gauges but a missing dash clock. The ’63-specific trim and fiberglass headlight buckets lying across the seats are worth a bundle of they are authentic.
The body tag is shown below.
The rear angle of the car shows an antenna hole and all the chrome removed but the rear window trim intact. It seems like a re-paint was started but then never happened.
1963 is our favorite year for Corvettes, and we’d love to see this one reassembled without restoration. It would be cool to see it driven with the current paint and no hubcaps instead of never driven like all the 6-digit restored fuelies.
